Digital Products

Digital products are licensed, not sold outright. A standard license permits use in one project unless an extended license is purchased.

Payments

Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on the service. Refunds for services are handled case-by-case; digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, source code and design assets delivered for custom projects transfer to the client upon final payment. Pre-built digital products remain the intellectual property of Mohsin Web's, licensed for client use.

Limitation of Liability

Mohsin Web's is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
