This policy explains how you may cancel a service order or ongoing project with Mohsin Web's.

Before Work Begins

You may cancel an order at no cost any time before we begin work on your project (i.e. before the requirement analysis / planning stage is confirmed). Any deposit paid will be refunded in full, minus payment processing fees where applicable.

After Work Begins

• If you cancel after work has started, you will be billed for the portion of work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Any remaining balance from your deposit, after deducting completed work, will be refunded per our Refund Policy.
• Source files for completed, paid-for work will be delivered to you upon cancellation.

Digital Product Orders

Digital product purchases cannot be cancelled once the download has started, since delivery is instant. If you have not yet downloaded the product, contact us immediately and we will cancel the order before delivery.

Subscription-Based Services

For any ongoing maintenance or support retainer, you may cancel at any time with 14 days' written notice before your next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued for the current cycle.

Send a cancellation request to admin@mohsinwebs.com.pk, via our contact page, or in writing to 25-H Gulshan Town, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, Pakistan. Please include your order reference or project name.
